Direct Insite Chairman & CEO, Matthew E. Oakes Interviewed on NBT Equities Research with Tobin Smith

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 11, 2014 -- Direct Insite (OTC QB:DIRI), a leading provider of cloud-based e-invoicing solutions for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Transformation, announced today that financial personality and NBT Equities Research Founder, Tobin Smith recently interviewed Direct Insite President and CEO, Matthew E. Oakes as a part of NBT’s Top 100 Emerging Growth MicroCap companies. NBT Equities Research interviews CEOs and industry leaders in the emerging growth sector and emerging growth sector advocacy groups to discuss trends and developments along with company updates.

The conversation was primarily focused on Direct Insite’s PAYBOX™ solution, which provides white-labeled electronic invoice presentment and payment for bank lockbox providers. PAYBOX® integrates with legacy lockbox and treasury systems to provide an important building block for a bank’s integrated receivables strategy.

During the interview, Oakes stated, “Banks have a defined interest in retaining their lockbox revenues with their large clients.” He explained that Direct Insite was looking for an area where there was opportunity for first-mover status and exponential growth, and the company developed PAYBOX® as a result. When Tobin Smith asked why Direct Insite’s PAYBOX® solution is the best choice for banks, Oakes responded that it’s because of Direct Insite’s core competencies combined with the cost savings, the feed integration, the compliant SaaS-based environment, and Direct Insite’s certifications.

In addition, Oakes mentioned Direct Insite’s core business, cloud-based AP and AR processing, and discussed compelling reasons to invest in the company.
